There are many helpful ways science and individuals may think of the sub-conscious mind's role in creating positive change in our lives. From their perspective as hypnotherapists, Laura and Ray Dudenbostel use client-centered hypnotic techniques to help you open to an innate healing ability within you. 

It is helpful to know that we do not "fix" people. Our clients are active participants as we educate and assist them in opening their minds so natural healing or positive change can unfold.  Our work often involves discovering, questioning and releasing limiting sub-conscious beliefs, as well letting go of the past through forgiveness of ourselves and others.

A package deal: $300 for 4 sessions

Effective change takes a commitment, repetition, and active participation. We charge $300 for 4 sessions which each run 1-1/2 to 2 hours ($50 or less per hour). After that sessions are $75 per hour. Our rates are based on our experience working with many clients from all kinds of backgrounds and financial situations. We know that the people who succeed are the ones that truly commit to the process with their time, their money, and their active participation.

We try to ensure that anyone who is truly motivated and committed to personal change can receive our services. For clients experiencing financial hardship, we'll consider a bartering agreement, so please contact us. Committing to yourself -- and being willing to give and do for yourself what you need to grow -- is a big part of the change process which can start with making and paying for your Inner Wellness sessions.

Reconnective Healing
Laura Dudenbostel offers Reconnective Healing in 1-3 sessions for $75 per 1-hour session. Like Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, and other energy healing modalities, Reconnective Healing engages the human biofield (the energy field around the body). Every session is unique, but people generally report a deep sense of relaxation after each session. Sessions are hands-off/non-touch, and last about 40 minutes. Three sessions are recommended.

Results are never guaranteed, but many people experience healing in their lives (their physical body, emotional health, or other area of their lives). This type of healing has been documented in several books and movies, including The Living Matrix. Learn more about Reconnective Healing Sessions.
